 We offer the finest fresh truffles from Italy, every season of the year.

Only where nature is intact truffles grow. Fortunately, Italy still conserves pure green areas, with enchanting places which are very generous in truffles all year long.

Our focus is, and will always be, on quality, innovation and production costs, so that as many people as possible can enjoy our work and our products.


We propose  two lines of Italian excellences, the first one dedicated to fresh truffles (4 types of truffles, depending on the season), and the second line dedicated to Truffle products available all over the year. A wide range of 100% Italian products, carefully selected based on their unique quality and peculiarities and prepared according to the regional tradition, for the lovers of the highest Italian cuisine.

 The most popular among Black Truffles, with a peculiar sweetish taste. Great over spaghetti and meats.

Spring

Bianchetto Truffle

Strong in flavor, it can be eaten raw or cooked, but is at its best in sauces and fillings. 

Summer

Summer Truffle

Delicate and aestival in taste, it is the most used truffle in Italian cooking. It could be grated over dishes, and it’s great just sliced with bread and oil.
